The highly anticipated sequel to the movie Pushpa, titled Pushpa 2: The Rule, is currently in the final stages of shooting and is set to be released on August 15. Fans are eagerly awaiting the release of the movie, which stars Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandana in leading roles, with Fahadh Faasil, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Sunil, and Jagdish in key roles. The director, Sukumar, is said to be taking this film to another level, and the movie team recently announced that the teaser for Pushpa 2 will be released on April 8, which also happens to be Allu Arjun’s birthday. The film is being produced by Mythri Movie Makers on a grand scale, with music by Devi Sri Prasad.
There has been talk on social media about Samantha’s involvement in Pushpa 2. While she had an item song in the first movie, the director wanted to include her in an item song for the sequel as well. However, Samantha declined the offer. Rumours have been circulating that Janhvi Kapoor may take her place, but recently, the director has been trying to include Samantha in at least a cameo role. It is still being determined whether this will happen, but some fans are hoping that Samantha’s role will be given more importance in the next instalment, Pushpa 3.
As for Allu Arjun, after the release of Pushpa 2, he is expected to start working with director Atlee on a new film, the details of which are yet to be announced. Last year, director Atlee had a super hit with the film Jawaan, which starred Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan.
